Get ready for an unforgettable outdoor experience at Gripps Farm! We are thrilled to announce the opening of our brand-new pop-up campsite, welcoming guests from Friday, August 16th, to Monday, October 14th, 2025.

Nestled on the stunning heritage coast, our campsite offers breathtaking views and easy access to the Cleveland Way walking route. Enjoy the tranquility of the countryside while being just a stone's throw from the charming towns of Saltburn and Loftus. Located just outside the village of brotton and situated next to Hunley Hall golf club, only a 10 minute walk to the local pub & shops.

Our pop-up campsite provides essential welfare facilities for your comfort, and we can even supply disposable barbecues for those perfect outdoor moments. 

We currently only provide spaces for tents, unfortunately we can't have caravans or motorhomes at this moment in time.

Price per night:

£10 for a small pitch (1-2 people)

£15 for a medium pitch (3-4 people)

£20 for a large pitch (5-7 people)

£25 for a extra large pitch (8+ people)

Rules:

• Maximum 3 night stay

• Respect the area & campsite

• Quiet times (10pm to 7am)

• No antisocial behaviour

• Dogs on Leads

• No Campfires

• Barbeques available on request

• Keep the campsite clean and tidy

• Dispose of all rubbish in designated bins

• Children must be supervised at all times

• Generators are not permitted

• Please report any issues to staff immediately

• Check-out time is 11am on the day of departure

Animals in fields can be viewed from the campsite and footpath. Please do not enter fields with animals.

Large group bookings of same-sex individuals are discretionary out of respect for other campers and locals to the area. We will welcome all groups however, failure to respect the rules will result in being removed from the site with a no refund policy.
