Project Manager/General Manager
We are now starting Phase two on the farm as we now have Plans approved.
We are looking for a skilled team member to help with the whole process from now to operation. Initial duties will include:
Sourcing products, Contacting suppliers & Liasing with stockholders
Building processes & systems ready for use when open. Record keeping of all implementations.
Pulling together furniture fixtures fittings for the buildings fit out.
Undertaking tasks such as designing menus, branding, policies ,permits
Once open to ensure smooth operation of the business.
Must be self-motivated and be able to use and have knowledge of a computer using excel word etc.
Driving license essential.
Some retail or hospitality or project management experience would be an advantage
